- The above cost is valid for a minimum of 20 adults traveling together. If there are any changes, the rates will vary accordingly.

- While traveling to Kenya, it is mandatory to be vaccinated against yellow fever and carry the vaccination certificate with you during the tour.
- Game viewing is subject to luck and chance. We do not guarantee sightings of any specific animals.
- Lodges at Elementaita and Masai Mara do not have air conditioning.
- Normal check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of arrival/departure.
- Once booked, any amendments, cancellations, or no-shows will incur charges as per the hotel or supplier policy.
- Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the travel date.
- The current ROE (Rate of Exchange) is 87.25 against USD. Any changes may affect the above rates.
- We require PAN card and passport copies (first and last page) of all passengers for confirmation and issuance of travel documents.
- Insurance coverage is quoted for passengers up to 69 years of age. Those above this age will need to pay the difference.
- Children’s age will be considered up to 11 years at the time of travel.
- Infants must be under 2 years of age at the time of travel.
- Clear scanned copies of passports (both sides) and a white background photograph are required for service bookings.
